Our databases are regularly backed up and we have systems in place to ensure that data is secure and is not lost. The GDPR Act requires that information held about a Customer/User must be accurate and up to date. In the event that your details change (in the event of marriage) or you move address it would be helpful if you could advise us of such a change so that your records can be updated.

We are able to countersign passport sized photo’s for our existing patients. A fee of £25.00 is required for this service.
